Lushme is built on respect, authenticity, and safety. These guidelines exist to protect every member of our community and ensure a positive experience for all.

Use your real photos and represent yourself honestly. Catfishing, impersonation, or misrepresenting your identity is strictly prohibited. Your profile should reflect who you truly are — real name, real photos, real you. Accounts found using fake identities, stolen images, or deceptive information will be permanently removed.
Treat every member of the Lushme community with dignity and respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. Disagreements are natural, but personal attacks, name-calling, and threatening language cross the line. If someone asks you to stop, stop.
Always respect other people's boundaries. Do not send unsolicited explicit or sexual content. Consent is required before sharing intimate material of any kind. Pressuring someone into sharing personal content, continuing contact after being asked to stop, or sharing someone's private content without their permission is a serious violation that will result in immediate action.
Protect yourself and others. Never share personal information publicly — this includes your home address, workplace, financial details, or other sensitive data. Be cautious when meeting someone in person for the first time: choose a public place and let a trusted friend know your plans. Report any suspicious behavior, profiles that seem fake, or anyone who makes you feel unsafe.
Lushme is for genuine human connection, not commercial gain. Do not use the platform for advertising, selling products or services, promoting external links, or any form of commercial solicitation. Scamming, phishing, financial fraud, or attempting to deceive other users for monetary gain will result in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement.
Any content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence is strictly forbidden. This includes threats of physical harm, encouraging self-harm, terrorism-related content, and graphic violent imagery. We take all threats seriously. Even if said in jest, threatening language will be investigated and may result in account removal and reporting to authorities.
Lushme is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We have zero tolerance for underage users on the platform. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended. Additionally, any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way will result in an immediate permanent ban and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Respect the creative work of others. Do not post photos, videos, music, artwork, or any other content that you do not own or have permission to use. Repeatedly violating intellectual property rights will lead to account suspension. If you believe your content has been used without permission, contact us at safety@lushme.app.
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately using the in-app report feature or by contacting safety@lushme.app. All reports are reviewed by our team and handled confidentially. Our enforcement follows a graduated approach: first violation may result in a warning, repeated violations lead to temporary suspension, and severe or persistent violations result in a permanent ban. We reserve the right to skip steps for serious offenses.
The following result in an immediate, permanent ban with no prior warning: any form of illegal activity, sexual exploitation or abuse, sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery, human trafficking, distribution of child sexual abuse material, credible threats of violence, and any activity that endangers the physical safety of others. These violations will also be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
